Built-in SECOM trust anchors

This folder holds the certificates that SecomTrustAnchors.BuiltIn trusts. EncDotNet.S100.Collections embeds them and uses them to judge SECOM signer and server certificates, because Maritime Connectivity Platform (MCP) roots aren't in operating-system trust stores. See SECOM trust, identity and registry.

File Name shown Contents
mcp-mcc.pem MCP MCC The MCP CA chain of the MCC instance: "MCP Root Certificate" and its intermediate "MCP Identity Registry" (urn:mrn:mcp:ca:mcc:mcp-idreg-new). SECOM signers such as CCG and DMA hold certificates from this instance.

The MCC test instance (mcc-test) isn't trusted, because anyone can get a certificate from it.
