Remarks

Naming follows OpenTelemetry semantic-convention style: lowercase, dot-separated, namespaced under s100.. New tags added by individual libraries should follow the same shape so that querying is uniform.

Fields

AssetKind

Context-dependent asset kind. The value space depends on the instrument:

• For asset-source I/O metrics (e.g. future s100.asset.read.duration emitters): file, zip, or embedded.
• For portrayal cache counters (s100.portrayal.cache.hit/miss.count): one of xslt, svg, line_style, area_fill, palette, lua_script, lua_source — see EncDotNet.S100.Portrayals.Diagnostics.PortrayalAssetKinds.

Queries should disambiguate by counter name; the value space is disjoint between the two contexts.
