Remarks

All values are in decimal degrees (WGS 84). Each bound is read from the gco:Decimal child of the corresponding Bound element, or from the element's own text (as some producers write it). When any bound is missing or unparseable, is not a geographic coordinate (a producer's projected metres, say), or the box is a single point, no box is reported.
