The catalogue creation date-time (identifier/dateTime), kept verbatim as the XML text (typically an ISO 8601 / xs:dateTime value); it is not parsed. For a legacy S100EC catalogue, which carries identifier/date instead, this is that element's trimmed text (e.g. 20260420); it is empty when the catalogue carries neither.
