Transforms coordinates from one CRS to another.

Remarks

Implementations must be safe to call from several threads at once: coverage sources such as the route checks' S-102 and S-104 grids share one transform between concurrent checks.

Transform(double, double)

Transforms a coordinate pair from the source CRS to the target CRS.

(double X, double Y) Transform(double x, double y)

Parameters

x double

X coordinate in the source CRS: longitude in decimal degrees for a geographic CRS, easting for a projected one.

y double

Y coordinate in the source CRS: latitude in decimal degrees for a geographic CRS, northing for a projected one.

Returns

(double X, double Y)

The coordinate in the target CRS, in the same X/Y (longitude/latitude or easting/northing) order.
