Fields

Geographic = 1

GeographicCRS: clockwise from true north, so the symbol turns with the chart on a rotated display (orientation arrows, light flares).

Portrayal = 0

PortrayalCRS (the default): relative to the screen, so the symbol keeps its angle, upright or not, however the display is rotated.
