Own-ship renderer that draws a true-scale hull outline when the viewport is zoomed in far enough for the vessel to be visually distinguishable, falls back to a coloured disc when zoomed out, and decorates the course / speed vector with an arrowhead in both modes. Honours the IEC 62388 CCRP offsets carried by DynamicVesselGeometry on the feature.

Remarks

The actual symbol-emission logic is shared with AisVesselRenderer via the internal EncDotNet.S100.Renderers.Mapsui.DynamicSources.VesselSymbology helper — own-ship simply binds the helper to the S-52 own-ship blue palette.

Standards alignment (see docs/design/own-ship-symbology.md §1 for citations): hull = SY(OWNSHP02), pictogram = SY(OWNSHP01), CCRP cross = §8.3.1, COG vector convention from S-52 Annex A.
