Loads datasets into an IS100MapSession from a file path, building the processor with the host-supplied DatasetPipelineFactory.

Methods

LoadAsync(string, MapDatasetId?, CancellationToken)

Loads a single standalone dataset file or ENC base cell, registers it with the session, and renders it. The product spec is detected from the file; an ENC base cell (.000) also picks up sibling sequential updates (.001, .002, …).

Parameters

path string

Path to a single dataset file (e.g. an S-101 .000 cell, an HDF5 .h5, or a GML file). Exchange-set folders and archives are not yet supported.

id MapDatasetId?

Optional stable identity for the loaded dataset. When omitted, the file name is used.

cancellationToken CancellationToken

Cancellation token.

Returns

Task<MapDatasetId>

The identity of the loaded dataset.

Exceptions

ArgumentException

path is null or white-space, or does not name a file.

InvalidOperationException

No DatasetPipelineFactory was configured, or a dataset with the resolved identity is already loaded.

NotSupportedException

The file's product spec is not recognized.
