Remarks

This is raised only for failures the session absorbs during a coalesced refresh (TimeRefresh or PresentationRefresh). A single RenderAsync(MapDatasetId, MapPresentationState, CancellationToken) surfaces its error by throwing to the awaiting caller instead.
