AxisOrderFindings

Turns a dataset's AxisOrderAssessment (issue #650) into a validation finding, so s100 validate, the viewer and MCP report swapped or inconsistent axis order alongside the product's rule pack.

GridGeoreferencing

CRS-aware plausibility checks for the georeferencing of an S-100 gridded coverage (S-100 Part 10c §10.2.1.2). S-100 names the grid attributes gridOriginLatitude / gridOriginLongitude whatever the CRS, so for a projected grid — which S-102 Edition 3.0.0 and later product editions allow — the values are metres and a latitude/longitude range check is wrong.

Recognises and parses ISO 8601 calendar dates, times of day and date-times written in either the basic format (20260902, 105406Z, 20260902T105406+0000) or the extended format (2026-09-02, 10:54:06Z, 2026-09-02T10:54:06+00:00).

Aggregated outcome of running a ValidationRuleSet<TModel> against a typed dataset model.

ValidationRuleBuilder

Fluent entry point for authoring IValidationRule<TModel> instances. Intended for the common case of a single property-style rule — Tier-1 schema rules and most Tier-2 spec-semantic rules. More complex rules (multi-finding emitters, Tier-3 cross-dataset rules) should implement IValidationRule<TModel> directly.

ValidationRuleSet<TModel>

A composable, ordered collection of IValidationRule<TModel> for the same typed data model. Each per-spec library exposes a default rule set via a static SxxxRules.Default() factory; consumers may build custom sets by adding, removing, or replacing rules.
