How the last attempt to reach a feed went, for showing whether a shared feed's server is reachable (UX refinement §2).

public FeedHealth(DateTimeOffset CheckedAt, string? Failure, DateTimeOffset? FailingSince, DateTimeOffset? CopyFetchedAt)

CheckedAt DateTimeOffset: When the feed was last fetched or revalidated (or tried).
Failure string: Why the last attempt failed (e.g. 404 Not Found), or null when it succeeded.
FailingSince DateTimeOffset?: When the current run of failures began, if failing.
CopyFetchedAt DateTimeOffset?: When the cached copy in use was fetched, if a cached copy is being served while failing.
