Models int: The models the source lists.
Local int: Models with a downloaded run.
NewerRun int: Models whose downloaded run has a newer one listed.
Expired int: Models whose downloaded run has ended, with nothing newer listed.
Left TimeSpan?: The least time left among the current downloaded runs, if any.
