Remarks

SECOM requests trust the built-in MCP anchors and check revocation; no client identity is set until one is given to SecomTrust. Every other client refuses chains with a distrusted key or a revoked certificate (HardenedTls).

Create(LibraryDataPaths, DatasetProbe?, LibraryServicesOptions?)

Creates the services over paths; call Initialize() on Library to read the collections.
