An ERDDAP griddap dataset a service offers.

public WeatherServiceDataset(string Id, string Name, IReadOnlyList<string> Variables, bool Default = false)

Id string: The ERDDAP dataset id, e.g. NWW3_Global_Best.
Name string: The display name.
Variables IReadOnlyList<string>: The variables to fetch (CF names the NetCDF reader maps, such as Thgt).
Default bool: True when the dataset is chosen by default.
