A parameter a GRIB2 service offers: its NCEP short name and level as the .idx files spell them.

Id string: The short name, e.g. HTSGW or UGRD.
Name string: The display name, e.g. "Significant wave height".
Level string: The level as .idx lines spell it, e.g. surface or 10 m above ground.
