SouthLatitude double: Minimum latitude; must be in [-90, 90].
WestLongitude double: Minimum longitude; must be in [-180, 180].
NorthLatitude double: Maximum latitude; must be in [-90, 90] and >= SouthLatitude.
EastLongitude double: Maximum longitude; must be in [-180, 180]. May be less than WestLongitude for antimeridian-crossing boxes (not yet supported by tools).
