Thinning

Optional zoom-dependent thinning. When set, the renderers draw only the glyphs that ThinPoints(ReadOnlySpan<double>, ReadOnlySpan<double>, ReadOnlySpan<double>, ReadOnlySpan<double>, double, List<int>) keeps for the scale the layer is drawn at (S-111 §9.3.2 point-by-point method); when null, every glyph is drawn.
