LandAreaMask

Optional land-area surface geometries (WGS84 (latitude, longitude)) the isolines are clipped out of so they only cross water. Set by the S-98 rule that clips S-104 to water when an S-101 ENC is loaded (issue #483; R-101-104-B). null or empty draws them everywhere.
