Remarks

The S-102, S-104 and S-111 shapes (DepthSample, WaterLevelSample and the others, in EncDotNet.S100.Datasets.Pipelines) are kept for their existing callers. A product without a shape of its own returns a CoverageFieldsSample. Every variant describes its values, with their quantities and units, through GetFields(), so a caller can read any product's sample without knowing its shape.

GetFields()

The sampled values with their quantities and units, in a fixed order per product. A method rather than a property so the typed variants' JSON is unchanged.
