Remarks

The role is preserved verbatim from the source GML (e.g. "theContactDetails", "applicability"). Target is the resolved typed peer; it is null when the xlink:href did not resolve (a xlink.unresolved diagnostic is also emitted) or when the source feature has been projected before its target was constructed (this latter case does not occur in the current two-pass projection — see From(S131Dataset, out IReadOnlyList<ProjectionDiagnostic>)).

TargetRef exposes the original gml:id of the target so that consumers can record a stable identifier even when resolution failed.
