IssueDate
The dataset's reference / issue timestamp, if one was carried in the
source GML. For the IHO 1.2.1 sample shape this is parsed from
S100:DatasetIdentificationInformation/S100:datasetReferenceDate
(S-100 Part 17 dataset identification metadata, encoded per
S-100 Part 10b §C.4 and §C.6). For the JCOMM operational shape the
reader probes a small set of well-known issue/observation timestamp
elements (ice:issueDateTime, ice:issueDate,
ice:observationDateTime, ice:observationDate) that
real-world Canadian-Ice-Service feeds have been observed to use.
May be null when no recognised timestamp element is present.

Remarks
S-411 Edition 1.2.1 datasets represent a single issue snapshot of the ice picture, so this single value is sufficient — there are no per-feature time-step samples like S-104 / S-111. Callers that participate in the viewer's global time slider treat this as the "snapshot at-or-before T" boundary.

SourceDocument
The original GML document the dataset was parsed from. Preserved so
the XSLT portrayal pipeline can run the official S-411 stylesheets
directly against the source XML — the stylesheets target the
ice:IceDataSet / ice:IceFeatureMember / ice:<class>
shape used by JCOMM operational producers, not a synthesised
projection.
