Interface IPresentationController
A readable, applicable presentation seam for the presentation-mutating tools
(set_palette, set_display_category, set_display_mode,
and symbol/text scale).

Remarks
Extends the renderer-neutral IMapPresentationController (whose
SetPresentationAsync(MapPresentationState, CancellationToken) applies a whole
MapPresentationState and re-renders) with a read of the
Current state. That pairing is what lets each mutating tool be
a one-field transform — read Current, produce
Current.WithPalette(…) (or WithEcdisDisplay(…), etc.), and
apply it — instead of a bespoke per-knob setter.
Because MapPresentationState is map-wide and immutable, reads and applies compose cleanly: repeated tool calls stitch together by feeding each result into the next transform.
