Constructors

A geographic viewport: a centre point, a scale, and a rotation. No pixel size.

public MapViewport(double CenterLongitude, double CenterLatitude, double ScaleDenominator, double RotationDegrees = 0)

CenterLongitude double: Centre longitude (decimal degrees, WGS-84).
CenterLatitude double: Centre latitude (decimal degrees, WGS-84).
ScaleDenominator double: Map scale denominator (e.g. 50000 for 1:50000). Must be positive.
RotationDegrees double: Clockwise rotation in degrees; 0 is north-up.
